How are Marin bikes shipped?
All bikes are meticulously packed and shipped 85% assembled. For safety and performance, we recommend final assembly and tuning be completed by a professional bicycle mechanic.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles must be in unridden condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do Marin bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Marin frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while components and suspension forks are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress via our carrier's website.
